The bus takes you to the San Telmo bus station or the Santa Catalina bus station. From the San Telmo bus station, you can catch a taxi or take bus number 1, 12, or 13. The Santa Catalina bus station is located about 10 minutes walking from the hotel, or you may choose to take a taxi.
