Description: Wonderful double storey semi attached villas located in a peaceful area of Las Coloradas, in Playa Blanca, at only 3Km. from the fabulous beaches of Papagayo, and at 3.2 Km. from the town, where the shopping area, leisure and restaurants is. The nearest supermarket is located at about 800 metres.It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 single, and a completed bathroom with bath, and a small toilet downstairs.A modern kitchen totally equipped with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, double fridge, iron, ironing boards and a complete household, it enjoys with a small store room, where is the washing machine, clothes-line and thermo.A roomy and bright living room, decorated with high quality furniture and leather sofa, T.V. satellite D.V.D., brings you out to a partially shaded terrace overlooking the pool (size:4 x3 metres depth: 1.10 x 1.30 m.) , where you can enjoy your families barbecue andor relax in the singles sun beds and the comfortable armchairs terraceEach villa has a private parking, and also a safe box
Directions: 1. Departure from Arrecife airport follow the sign for Yaiza, this road will pass under a bridge.2. Leave the slip road and move onto the dual carriageway, heading south towards the village of Tias direction Yaiza. Do not turn off towards Puerto del Carmen3. Follow the carriageway up the hill passing the small turn off for Tias Puerto del Carmen and then move into the left hand lane as the road will soon fork. Keep left for Yaiza, do not take the right hand lane for Conil.4. Take the second exit (straight over) the next three round about5. At the fourth roundabout take the first exit. Following signs to Playa Blanca and then you will travel for a further 15 km.6. You will then come to the Playa Blanca's roundabout with the Cepsa Petrol Station in front of you. Go straight over this roundabout and straight over the second roundabout towards the shopping area of Playa Blanca.7. At the bottom of this road you will come to a smaller roundabout take the last turning on your left on the same road Supermarket Maxcoop,leaving the Taxi-stop on your right8. Continue up this road for quite some time. You will pass the Burger King flags on your right, followed by Hotel Princesa Yaiza and Hesperia Playa Dorada on your right.9. Go straight on at the next roundabout (signposted Marina Rubicon)10. Continue for quite away and take the first turning on the right at the next roundabout11. Carry on until you come to a mini roundabout (with a large palm tree in the middle ) and take the third exit on your left hand side12. Continue up this road until the next roundabout and take the second exit. Turn on your right in the first street.13. Just on your left hand side is Villas El Varadero. Continue up the street until you come to a give way, turn left and then left again in the second small ally way on your left hand side. Once into it, look for your villa's number 14. You have to open the black box at the side of the main door and you need to key the code (which you should already have) and this will release the key.
